Ivo version 3.0 is a major update and contains many new features and enhancements. Here is a summary of the main changes that will affect, and hopefully improve, your daily work -
The manual (accessible from the 'Help and Support' tab) has been almost entirely rewritten. Furthermore, where applicable, the manual is directly integrated into Ivo in the 'Help' panel on the right-hand side of the screen;
Two primary new functions are the 'Manage Clients' and 'Manage Activities' screens, which replace the myriad of screens that were previously used. However, if you really do wish to have one of the older buttons made visible again, this can be done in the administration screen;
The 'Manage Clients' screen provides a 'one stop shop' to manage all aspects relating to your clients;
The new 'File Note' button on the toolbar provides a 'one stop shop' for adding file notes. With this function you can create a new client, issue and file note all in one step; You can now attach electronic files to your file notes!;
The calendar now supports full drag-and-drop capabilities, and also displays multiple staff calendars in a neater 'resource' view;
Stat reporting can now be done by both consumer and issue;
The queries function now supports having multiple queries open at once, allowing for much better data comparison.
