1. DEX Enhancements
Generating the report is significantly faster.
When you fix a client's data, you no longer have to re-run the whole report. There is a new function that will simply reprocess the clients that have been fixed -
The DEX has a file size upload limit of 10MB. Most clients are not affected by this, but if you are, you can now run a full DEX report and have Ivo split the output into multiple files for you -
Once you turn this on and choose how many files to split to, Ivo will use those settings in the future.
2. Enhanced Client Details tab
The 'Pictures' and 'Admin Alerts' sections at the bottom of the Client Details tab have been removed to make room for more common information. (As always, you can use the 'Options' menu in the toolbar to add a new admin alert)
The DEX client fields have been relocated from the 'DSS' tab to the 'Client Details' tab, and the 'Contacts and Details' component has been expanded to show contacts from current (and closed, if desired) activity records (see #2 below).
3. Improved contacts
The Contacts component now also displays the contact for all current activity records. This provides a single unified location that you can view all contacts for a client. Previously you needed to go to each individual activity records to view its contacts.
Note: You now need to use the right-click context menu to add a new contact (either for the entity, or for any of the activity records.
See item 3 below for how to change the setting related to this new option. You can choose to turn it off altogether and revert to the old way of viewing contacts, or you can additionally choose to view contacts for closed records as well.

Some organisations have multiple Ivo data files, such as a test database for training purposes.
If you have multiple data files, the login screen will display an "Open other data file" link. Additionally, the name of the data file you are connected to is displayed in the title bar of the login screen and the main Ivo window -
This allows you to be certain of which data file you are connected to.
7. Speed Improvements
A number of significant speed improvements have been made -
These improvements will mostly be noticed by larger organisations.
8. View past file note edits
As you know, whenever a file note is edited, Ivo creates an archive copy of the original. Up till now the past edits could only be accessed by 1024. However, Ivo now displays an indicator if a file note has past edits, and how many -
The default settings allow all staff to see the indicator, but only Ivo administrators can open the past edits (this is done by holding the 'Shift' key and while double-clicking the file note).
