The simplest way to record a client as deceased is to;
- Open the client's record from the Manage Clients screen and select the clients name from the left hand side of the screen in the list of current clients
- Click the client's name to display their record and this will make the Options button on the toolbar ribbon appear. Click the Options button for the drop down list.
- Click the Client Deceased option from the list.
- When the "specify deceased status for clients name" appears, select whether the client is deceased by Yes or No and add the date that the client passed. Save and Close the dialog box which will update the clients record.
