Follow these steps to add a new staff member to Ivo (note, you must be an Ivo Administrator to complete these steps) -

  1. Click the small 'cog' icon at the top-left of the Ivo screen
  2. Click the 'Staff' button
  3. Click the 'New Staff Member' button and then type the name of the new staff member when prompted.
  4. If the 'New Staff Member' button is greyed out, it means you do not have a spare Ivo license to use for the new staff member.  If there is a staff member in the list on the left that is no longer active, then you can change their active status to "No". Once you have made enough staff inactive, the 'New Staff Member' button will no longer be greyed out.
