Note: You must be an Ivo Administrator to complete this process.
To make a staff member an Ivo Administrator, follow these steps.
- Click the small "cog" icon at the top-left of the screen to Administer Ivo
- Click the Ivo Administration tab
- Click the Staff button
- Click the name of the staff member that you wish to change under the Active Staff list on the left side of the screen
- Click on the Privilege Level hyperlink in the details screen of the staff member to open the value dialog box and select "Administrator" from the drop-down list.
If the staff member currently has Ivo open, they will need to close and reopen it for the change to take effect.
