Note: You must be an Ivo Administrator to complete this process.
To make a staff member an Ivo Administrator follow these steps -
- Click the small "cog" icon at the top-left of the Ivo window
- Click the "Ivo Administration" tab
- Click the "Staff" button
- Click the name of the staff member that you wish to change
- Select "Administrator" from the "Privilege Level" dropdown list
If the staff member currently has Ivo open, they will need to close and reopen it for the change to take effect.
