Note: You must be an Ivo Administrator to complete this process.


To make a staff member an Ivo Administrator follow these steps -


  1. Click the small "cog" icon at the top-left of the Ivo window
  2. Click the "Ivo Administration" tab
  3. Click the "Staff" button
  4. Click the name of the staff member that you wish to change
  5. Select "Administrator" from the "Privilege Level" dropdown list



If the staff member currently has Ivo open, they will need to close and reopen it for the change to take effect.
