There are four actions in total that can be taken in relation to an Entity record. You can access the Entity record via the Manage Clients, Manage Activities or Check My Data screens. 

  1. Edit name

  2. Print Summary

  3. Record Admin Alert

  4. Client Deceased

You can access these actions by clicking the Options menu on the toolbar, or by clicking on the Entity name hyperlink at the top of the screen to view the actions menu.

Note - You can take the action of Change Entity 'Type' from 'Individual' to 'Non-Individual' in the Check My Data screen as shown below in the screenshot.
