There are five actions you can take in relation to an Activity record (eg. a client advocacy issue, inquiry, education session etc) -

  1. Edit Client Record
  2. Print Summary
  3. Record Admin Alert
  4. Client Deceased
  5. Transfer file notes for entity
  6. Delete (Ivo Administrator only)

You can access these actions by clicking the "Options" menu in the toolbar, or the hyperlink menu at the top of the screen -
